Additional Management / Concierge Style Services

Applies to any requested services outside of the standard weekly visit

One (1) hour minimum

$50/hr

Billed in 1/4 hour increments thereafter

Additional Services may include

   (but are not limited to) 

> Alarm/Ring© Response   > "Wait-for" Service

> Vendor coordination         > Meet Family / Guests

> Oversee Maintenance       > Emergency Visits

> Arrange housecleaning after departure / prior to return
